Shipping Policy

Every order from Customized Coffee Bags is custom and made to order, so shipping works a little differently than an off-the-shelf product. This policy explains our general approach; specific timelines and costs are always confirmed on your individual quote.

Production & timelines

Production begins once you approve your mockup. Standard production is 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Specialty additions — compostable film, foil stamping, or an unusual valve placement — may add a short step. These are estimates that vary by order size, film, finish, decoration method and current volume. If you have a firm launch or shelf-reset date, tell us and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity and destination and is typically added to your final invoice. Because coffee bags ship flat and nest tightly, freight is usually a small share of a bulk order.

Delivery

We ship across the United States via major carriers and freight for larger runs. Tracking is sent as soon as your order leaves. Split shipments to multiple locations are available — ask when you request your quote.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and customs are outside our control. If anything slips, we tell you as soon as we know and work the problem with you.
