Every bag we produce is custom-printed and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications. For that reason, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected bags at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy — it covers our errors, not a change of mind.

Why we work this way

The free-mockup approval step exists precisely so you can confirm every detail — artwork, film, finish, size, valve and quantity — before we produce anything. Because each order is printed uniquely for you, custom coffee bags cannot be restocked or resold, which is standard across the custom packaging industry.

Reporting an issue

If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Call or text (929) 605-4397 or email info@customizedcoffeebags.com and we’ll make it right.
