Coffee packaging is unforgiving. The bag has to hold aroma in and oxygen out for months, survive a shipping carton, and still look like the best thing on the shelf. Most suppliers make you choose: a great price with a minimum in the tens of thousands, or a small run with washed-out color and a valve that leaks.
