Ordering

What’s the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 bags, across every style we make.

Is there a maximum order size?

No. We regularly run into the hundreds of thousands for grocery rollouts and national subscription programs.

Can I order a sample before a full run?

Yes. We can produce a printed proof or a pre-production sample so you can hold the actual bag — film, finish, valve and print — before we run the order. Ask when you request your quote.

Can I mix bag styles or sizes in one order?

Yes. Combine a 12 oz valve side-gusset with a 5 lb wholesale bag if you like — the combined volume counts toward your price tier.

Can I reorder later and match my last batch?

Yes. We keep your artwork, film spec, finish and valve placement on file, so a reorder matches the first run.

Design & artwork

Do you charge for design?

No. Custom artwork and mockups are free, and revisions are unlimited until you approve.

What file formats do you need?

Vector is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. High-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 dpi works too. If all you have is a logo from your website, send it and our designers will rebuild it.

Can I see the bag before I pay?

Yes. You approve a free mockup showing your artwork on the exact bag style before anything is produced.

Can you match my brand colors exactly?

Yes. Send Pantone references and we print to them; on digital runs we match as closely as the process allows and show you the proof first.

Product & materials

Do the bags have a degassing valve?

Every style is available with a one-way degassing valve, which lets freshly roasted coffee release CO₂ without letting oxygen in. Tell us your roast-to-pack window and we’ll recommend valve placement.

How do you keep coffee fresh?

High-barrier laminate blocks oxygen, light and moisture; the valve handles off-gassing; and a tin tie or resealable zipper keeps the bag closed after opening.

Are compostable bags available?

Yes. We offer certified compostable film in kraft and white, with a compatible compostable valve and closure.

Which style should I pick?

Side-gusset with a tin tie is the classic retail look. Flat-bottom stands square and gives you five printable panels. Stand-up with a zipper suits subscriptions and gifting. Kraft with a window sells the beans themselves.

Production & shipping

How fast can I get my bags?

You get a free mockup within 24 hours. After you approve it, standard production is 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship across the United States, and shipping is quoted per order based on quantity and destination.

What if something arrives wrong?

If your order arrives defective or doesn’t match the mockup you approved, we remake or replace the affected bags at no cost.

Can you hit a hard launch date?

Often, yes. Tell us the date when you request your quote and we’ll confirm what’s possible with express production and shipping.
